In a judgement dated 12th September 1999 – 312 O 85/99 – “Liability for Links” (Haftung für Links), the Hamburg District Court (Landgericht) ruled that by way of establishing a link, liability for the contents of the linked page might be established. This can be precluded by expressly renouncing any responsibility for such contents.We hereby expressly dissociate ourselves from all contents of linked pages or graphics and do not claim ownership to the contents of the linked pages.
